North Shore / Plaistow YMCA – “Mud Kitchen” ($5,000)
The YMCA of the North Shore / Plaistow Community YMCA received a $5,000 grant to support its “Mud Kitchen” project. This hands-on outdoor learning space will encourage children to explore creativity, teamwork, and sensory play through nature-based activities. By combining play with mindfulness and outdoor engagement, the Mud Kitchen will provide a safe and supportive environment where children can develop confidence, curiosity, and emotional well-being.
